RESUMO<\/strong><\/p>\n

O presente estudo busca analisar a tem\u00e1tica de Direitos Humanos e Empresas tendo como foco a quest\u00e3o da desigualdade de g\u00eaneros, sendo a hip\u00f3tese levantada a de maior suscetibilidade da mulher a ser v\u00edtima de viola\u00e7\u00f5es de direitos por parte das empresas transnacionais e pelo capitalismo global. A an\u00e1lise \u00e9 baseada na perspectiva de Cynthia Enloe e de Silvia Federici, abordando ainda o hist\u00f3rico da agenda de Direitos Humanos e Empresas na ONU, e o que j\u00e1 foi feito sobre a pauta feminista. Visto que o problema a ser respondido \u00e9 por que \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria uma perspectiva com sensibilidade de g\u00eanero no tratado em Direitos Humanos e Empresas, ser\u00e1 feita uma demonstra\u00e7\u00e3o de diversas viola\u00e7\u00f5es espec\u00edficas sofridas por mulheres, com o objetivo de demonstrar\u00a0 a import\u00e2ncia e urg\u00eancia da implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de uma vis\u00e3o feminista em um Tratado em Direitos Humanos e Empresas; fazendo uma revis\u00e3o bibliogr\u00e1fica e an\u00e1lise documental\u00a0 para chegar \u00e0s conclus\u00f5es desejadas. O que se conclui \u00e9 a necessidade de maior enfoque na defesa dos direitos das mulheres, com a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de mecanismos eficientes de combate \u00e0s viol\u00eancias espec\u00edficas de g\u00eanero e pela men\u00e7\u00e3o e aten\u00e7\u00e3o a essa tem\u00e1tica em um Tratado em Direitos Humanos e empresas.<\/p>\n

ABSTRACT<\/strong><\/p>\n

The present study aims to analyze the theme of Human Rights and Business, focusing on the gender inequality issue, being the main hypothesis the bigger susceptibility of women to being victims of rights violations performed by Transnational Corporations and global capitalism. The analysis is based on the perspective of Cynthia Enloe and Silvia Federici, and also highlights the history of the UN\u2019s Human Rights and Business Agenda, and what has already been done on the Feminist Agenda. After a demonstration of several gender-specific violations, it seeks to show the importance and urgency of implementing a feminist vision in a Treaty on Business and Human Rights, using several authors to reach the conclusions. The main conclusion is the need for more focus on women’s rights, the creation of efficient mechanisms to fight gender-based violence, and the need for mentioning and paying attention to this issue on the referred Treaty.<\/p>\n
